entertainment team hard work kids activities morning time staff members security team run down site condition broken tiles pool area short activity aqua jets
i enjoyed that the entertainment team worked hard. they put on kids activities in the morning. they also entertained in the evening. the security team worked with staff. i felt welcome and safe.
The site seemed a bit run down. the pool area needs a makeover! i saw broken tiles in the pool. aqua jets water activity was short. It only lasted seven minutes.

lacking personality organisation skill
The caravan was clean and tidy. The views around the park, including Sharkham Point, were awesome.
The evening entertainment has declined since last year! The new entertainment manager isn't impressing, and the new Stripeys lack the necessary personality and skills. I hope they improve, or I will not return.

better direction stressful arrival
the gold foxdown caravan was clean. it was well presented and had good facilities. a smart tv was a bonus.
finding the holiday camp was a real problem. i needed better direction instructions. it caused stress upon arrival. the footpaths to the coast were a sea of mud.

Reasonable stay
evening entertainment stripey matt elodie's voice basic caravan poor oven heating issue
i really enjoyed the entertainment it was amazing stripey matt and elodie made our evenings special elodie has a lovely voice matt kept everyone engaged and laughing their energy made every show so good
i found the caravan very basic and expected it somewhat it felt very cold in the mornings and we struggled to get the heater working the oven was poor so cooking in the caravan was not easy

dirty shelves out-of-date food
The pool's cleanliness left something to be desired. The changing rooms desperately need an upgrade. The advertised breakfast was NOT what I expected. It was a bag of ingredients to cook myself. I felt completely fleeced. the shop's limited hours and out-of-date food items were really annoying. It seemed like nobody cared anymore. The overall experience was disappointing.
